I'm in the mood for simple. My decorations are simple. I haven't one list yet. I cleaned my basement and a closet and Corbin's room this weekend instead of thinking about all the Christmas stuff to do. It felt good. I decided I don't really want to bake a lot. Just some povetica, maybe some peanut butter fudge. I feel like resting not racing, enjoying not fretting. Maybe God is up to something. My favorite week of the whole year is the week after Christmas. Can't wait. I seem to be asking myself “what doesn’t have to be done” more than “what has to be done.” I’m in the mood for simple.
