The house is great, very roomy and upgraded. They have done lots of improvements in the past year (even has a mother-in-law apartment!), but the market there is just so slow. They hardly ever get showings and the open house their realtor had only brought one couple. Open Houses are for the realtors anyway, to make contacts, as we all know.
